Resistance Flexibility Training
To resistance stretch, start in position one and resist by pushing your hand and fingers down into the ground while you use your other hand to apply pressure to this hand anchoring it down while you move body away from and toward the ground.

Resistance Strength Training
To strengthen, start in position two and resist by pushing your hand and fingers down into the ground while you raise your body up.
