Resistance Flexibility Training
To resistance stretch, start in position one and resist by pushing your hand and fingers into the door frame as you walk through the door.

Resistance Strength Training
To strengthen, start in position two and resist by pushing your hand and fingers into the door frame as you walk backwards through the door.

Tip: You can also use both hands, one on each side of the door frame.
