Clear-Minded for Life:
Psychological Fitness Flex Self-Test

from The Genius of Flexibility by Bob Cooley...

It is commonly known that exercise can generally affect your mental state. But many of the people performing these stretches have experienced that each of the different stretches can predictably change very specific psychological behaviors.

Making any one of the Muscle-Meridian Groups more flexible results in two things. First, you experience a specific high psychological state. At the same time, you will dismantle its opposite low side. This is a unique aspect of the Meridian Flexibility System.

Use the following list of behavioral traits to help evaluate your psychological 'fitness.' Most likely you'll discover several aspects of your mental fitness that you'd like to "upgrade." Expect immediate, cumulative, and permanent improvements in your psychological traits as your flexibility increases in each of the 16 Muscle-Meridian Groups.

This is a great way to learn about yourself and others psychologically, and to develop in yourself those qualities you revere in others.
