In a Good Mood for Life:
Emotional Fitness Flex' Self-Test

from The Genius of Flexibility by Bob Cooley...

It is commonly known that exercise can generally affect your emotional state. But many of the people performing these stretches have experienced that each of the different types of stretches can predictably change very specific emotional behaviors.

Making any one of the Muscle-Meridian Groups more flexible results in two things. First, you experience a specific high emotional state. At the same time, you dismantle its opposite low state. This is a unique aspect of the Meridian Flexibility System.

Use the following list of emotional traits to help evaluate your emotional 'fitness.' Most likely you'll discover several aspects of your emotional fitness that you'd like to "upgrade." Expect immediate, cumulative, and permanent improvements in your emotions as your flexibility increases in each of the 16 Muscle-Meridian Groups.

This is a great way to learn about yourself and others emotionally, and to develop in yourself those qualities you revere in others.
