Upgrade Sessions

An upgrade session is a small class (4-8 people) where you learn the ins and outs of self stretching, assisted stretching, and mashing. These classes are designed for those who want to experience everything RFST has to offer.

During an upgrade session, the priority is for the group to provide the necessary stimulus for each person to experience significant upgrades in their physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological health. This includes...

Self Stretching

Using your own resistance to stretch and strengthen your body.

Mashing

Pairing up with another to mash each other using your feet.

Assisted Stretching

Pairing up with another person and utilizing the resistance of each other to create significant changes in each other's strength and flexibility.

Each session will be VERY HANDS ON. It may often take four or five people working on one person to create significant upgrades in chronically tight muscle groups. Expect to work hard and also have a lot of fun interacting with a group of peope that all come together to support each other.

Upgrade sessions provide the perfect space to address any questions or concerns you may have about a particular stretch. We will also cover the 16 genetic personality types and how performing certain stretches can bridge a person into entire new ways of being for them, whether it's physical, spiritual, emotional or psychological.

These sessions are open to people of all levels and professions and the only pre-requisite is an interest!

How to Begin:

Audience:
All ages and abilities, beginner to advanced.
How it Works:
In a small group setting, you will learn the concepts of Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training through self stretching, partner stretching, and mashing. My classes provide the perfect space to address any questions or concerns you may have about a particular stretch.
Details:
- Come alone or with friend(s).
- Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water.
- Bring or wear comfortable exercise clothes.
- Empty stomach or light snack before, but don't come hungry.
- Please arrive early.
